Web(a) A part-time employee is one who is engaged to work less than 38 hours per week or an average of less than 38 hours per week and who has reasonably predictable hours of work. (b) The terms of this award will apply to part-time employees on a pro-rata basis on the basis that the ordinary weekly hours of work for full-time employees are 38. Webwould be 8 hours ordinary + 3 hours overtime + 3 hours ordinary and either 5 hours of leave or 5 hours of leave without pay. (c) A full-time employee is rostered to work a 0700 – 1500 (8 hrs) shift tomorrow, however on the day before, the rostered shift is altered with less than 24 hours notice 0900 – 1700 (8 hrs).
