WebJun 24, 2024 · Yes, when the door opens it should release that filter and it will move forward a bit then you can pull it out. Have you tried to pry the filter out with the door open? Use a flathead screwdriver to pry it out. If you can't get it out, then you'd need to order a new filter housing and new filter.
