WebJul 31, 2012 · In Outlook 2007, go to Tools - Trust Center - Add-Ins. At the bottom of the dialog box, select Disabled Items and click Go. See if Reading Pane is listed. If so, highlight it and click Enable. Close the dialog box and then close Outlook. When you reopen, the Reading Pane should be working. Webnew and reply emails.
