WebLitfad sent me a faulty/broken product which broke after only a few months of use. They then sent another faulty/broken product as a replacement and are now refusing to refund me in full. They want me to ship the broken item back to them, pay for the shipping my self and then they want to charge me for the original shipping of the first faulty product.
