Web20 sep. 2024 · I was originally diagnosed with a biopsy of the colon. The lab made the diagnosis after using the tryptase dye and by the large number of mast cells that were evident. The number is supposed to be at 20 or above for diagnosis. I had so many they stopped counting. My doctor said I lit up like a Christmas tree.
