WebSep 13, 2015 · There's a convoy that's part of a story mission, if memory serves me it's whichever one that crosses between Gutgash's and Jeet's territories. You can drive on the black marks on the road, Chum will even say something about a convoy route but the red line won't appear nor will the convoy spawn until you get to a specific story mission. #4.
