They start at level 3 and we go up to level 15-ish probably. To get the wyverns they have to survive a climb up a mountain where feral wyverns will attack them, to reach a temple in which they have to face 5 tasks/floors (puzzles, combat, logic thinking etc.).

Note that some of the items listed there are in the 5e PHB at the exact same cost. It would be a good starting point for exotic mount costs, ideas, and guidelines.
