My heater core was leaking anti freeze so I took the two hoses, bypassed th heater core and cut them real short. Now the engine idles at almost 230! It drives around town at about 210 to 220. Before I was always at a steady 190-200.

Also I suspect the actuator limiter failed, so I am changing the actuator also.
